Dear Mr. Adams:
We are in receipt of your letter dated May 8,1995 requesting additional information regarding proposed changes to our Operating License R-66. All HEU fuel elements have been removed from the facility, therefore, condition II.B.(4) can be deleted from License R-66. Please note that we still possess some IIEU in the form of Fission chambers, flux foils, etc. and condition 11.13(2) allowing up to I Kilogram in these forms should remain in the license.
