The documents are specifically requested from, but not limited to, the following offices of the NRC:
Office of the Analysis and Evaluation of Operational Data (AEOD); Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (I!RR ) ; Office of Nuclear ReQulatory Research (Research); Office of Inspection and Enforcement (IE E); Generic Issues Branch of the Division of Safety Technology, and the Operating Reactors Branches of the division of Licensing.
In your response, please identify which documents correspond to which requests below.
Pursuant to this request, please provide all documents prep. ired or utt11:ea cy, in t he possession of, or routed throuah the I:RC related to:
1.
The forhation and existance of the following groups: "The Combined Review Group" and the " Documentation Task Force" at the Golf Creek facility.
2.
Information regarding Frank Duddy, as well as his association with these groups.
In our opinion, it is appropriate in this case for you to waive copying and search charges, pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552 (a)(4)
(A) "because furnishing the information can be considered as pri-marily benefiting the general public."
