" Failure to Install Dowels and Shear Blocks" Second Interim Report The above referenced letter indicated submittal of the Final Report to the USNRC on April 6, 1984.
At the present time, remaining corrective action and the documentation review is scheduled to be completed in mid April 1984. The Final Report will be submitted to the USNRC on April 27, 1984.
