INTENT OF CRITFC TO FILE NEW CONTENTIONS BASED ON NEW INFORMATION IN SSER The Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Comission gives notification of its intention file new contentions regarding the following matters:
1.
The SSER fails to accurately evaluate individual dose estimates and otherwise properly consider and address health questions pertaining to liquid pathway exposures.
2.
The SSER fails to fully address and consider outstanding questions related to the seismology and geology of the Hanford site which would affect the integrity of S/HNP structure raising attendent questions regarding accidental liquid discharges and affects on aquatic biota and health.
