The purpose of this letter is to respond to item 5a of the subject bulletin.
Please be advised that the Indian Point 3 nuclear power facility has not installed nor is presently planning to install any electrical penetrations supplied by the Bunker Ramo Company.
Based on the above determination, there is no further action required to be taken by the Authority on the subject bulletin.
