SOUTH TEXAS PROJECT Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. STN 50-498, STN 50-499 Response to NRC IE Bulletin No. 82-04 Bulletin No. 82-04, received December 8, 1982, has been reviewed by Houston Lighting & Power Company. HL&P has examined the South Texas Project design and has determined that no Bunker Ramo electrical penetration assemblies are installed or planned to be installed at the South Texas Project. Approximately two man-hours were spent in conducting the review and preparing this response.
