This is a requert, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act for the following documents:
(1)
All reports, studies, or other documents in the possession of your agency on inherent weaknesses in the metal alloys used in the cooling tubes in nuclear power plants.
(2)
All reports, studies, or other documents in the possession of your agency related to the inherent weaknesses in the metal alloys used in the cooling tubes at the Indian Point nuclear power plants, units 2 and/or 3.
.(3)
All reports studies, or other documents in the possession of your agency concerning other problems with the cooling tubes and steam generators in nuclear power plants and, in particular.the Indian Point plants.
If you determine that some portions of the requested documents are exempt under the provisions of she Freedom of Information Act, we request that you provide us with the remainder and' advise us as to which exemptions you belidi e cover the documents or portions thereof which you are not releasing.
We reserve our right to appeal.such determination.
