On April 26,1994, the Nebraska Public Power District (District) submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Proposed Change No. 126 to the Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS) Technical Specifications. On April 3,1995, the NRC forwarded to the District a Request for Additional Information (RAI) regarding the subject proposed change. The District has reevaluated Proposed Change No.126 and determined that the change, as proposed, does not fully address all the issues associated with the hydrogen / oxygen analyzers. Therefore, the District requests that Proposed Change No.126 be withdrawn from NRC consideration. The District is reevaluating this issue and may submit a new proposed change to address the hydrogen / oxygen concentration analyzer issue.
