River Bend Station - Unit 1 Docket No. 50-458 Final Report /DR-128 Gulf States Utilities Company has completed its investigation of DR-128 concerning stainless steel tubing supplied by Gulfalloy, Hub Incorporated, and Capital Pipe and Steel and has determined that this condition is not reportable under 10CFR50.55 (e).
