Seabrook Station Emergency Response Manual Revision 74 and Radiological Emergency Plan Revision 18 Gentlemen:

Enclosed please find Revision 74 to the Seabrook Station Emergency Response Manual (SSER) and Revision 18 to the Seabrook Station Radiological Emergency Plan (SSREP). The revisions were reviewed per the criteria of 10 CFR 50.54(q) and it was determined that they do not decrease the elTectiveness of the Seabrook Station Radiological Emergency Plan (SSREP). The SSREP continues to meet the standards of 10 CFR 50.47(b) and 10 CFR 50, Appendix E. These changes are submitted per the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, and 10 CFR 50.4. The Resident Inspector copies are provided directly through the North Atlantic records management system. Due to an administrative oversight, the SSREP revision has exceeded the thirty day submittal requirement by four days.
