The DeKalb Area Alliance for Responsible Energy (DAARE) re-ceived notice that the oral argument on the applicant's appeal f rom the Licensing Board's January 13, 1984 denial of an OL will be heard in Bethesda, Maryland on April 19, 1984.
As intervenors deeply concerned with the outcome of this meeting we request the meeting place be moved to Rockford, IllInois or, at the very least, Chicago, IIIInois. Our members are ordinary citizens who cannot afford the cost or the time required to attend the meeting in Bethesda.
