Suffolk County and LILCO both recognize that " fine-tuning" of this proposed order of litigation may have to occur if par-ticular witnesses have obligations that prevent them from ap-pearing at the hearings on certain dates. If changes are nec-essary, we believe that.they can be worked out among the parties as the-need arises, if it does.
