Both firms have received positive responses from Richeond Engineering indicating that no Ray Miller, Inc. material was supplied ~to CPS. (3) United Alloy Products was a GE approved supplier. United Alloy Products is no longer in business. The last.GE order from United Alloy Products was delivered in 1975. The bulletin indicates that United Alloy placed one order with Ray Miller, Inc~. on May 15, 1978. GE's order from United Alloy Products could not have
. contained this material.
(4) Dresser Industries was an approved supplier to Baldwin Associates. Dresser has completed and returned a questionnaire indicating that no Ray Miller, Inc. material was supplied to CPS. (5) Midland Pipe and Supply has completed and returned a questionnaire stating that Ray Miller,
.Inc. was not on their Approved Suppliers List for safety-related orders.
(6) Bethlehem Steel was only approved for supply for reinforcement steel by Baldwin Associates. (7) Irwin Steel was a material manufacturer that was purchased by W. J. Wooley Company, an approved BA supplier. W. J. Wcoley has conducted an investigation and reported that no Ray Miller, Inc. material was supplied for CPS.
