New hampshire answered those interrogatories in a complete and timely fashion.

Now that the DCRDR has E

been submitted, New Hampshire will voluntarily provide answers to in E

Furthermore, New Hampshire indicated in its answers to interrogataries II-8 and II-10 that it would be in a position to answer these interrogatories after it had reviewed the DCRDR.

Consequently, New Hampshire will also furnish answers to these two h

interrogatories.

New Hampshire will provide these answers within thirty days,

or within such other time period as the. Board may designate.

The remaining interrogatories (II-1, II-9, II-10, II-ll, and h

11-12) have been answered in full,.and the answers are not dependent

on New Hampshire's review of the DCRDR.

These interrogatories,
