Dear Administrative Judges:
Enclosed herewith is the affidavit of Neill C. Ostrander which is offered in support of " University's Response to CBG's comments on Fuel Inven-tory", dated September 9, 1983.
In your Order dated December 23, 1983, UCLA and Staff were directed to furnish appropriate affidavits attesting to the truth of the matters upon which the Board relied in reaching its determination concerning the SNM inventory at the NEL facility. The Board's determination was based on "the Staff's inventory as confirmed by Mr. Ostrander's annotations on Exhibit G",
quoting from page 4 of the Board's Order of October 24, 1983.
The Exhibit G inventory with Mr. Ostrander's annotations was attached to University's pleading cited above.
