Dear Mr. Denton:
When inserting Revision 2 into Appendix A of the Shoreham Emergency Plan, simply substituting the Revision 2 pages for pages of the same page number from the earlier version of Appendix A leaves in the Plan approximately 70 additional pages which should be deleted.
This problem has arisen because implicit page numbers for the zone maps for Zones A to S have been changed in Revision 2; this changes all related pagination.
To assemble a fully accurate sersion of Appendix A, the four-page guide included with Revision 2 and entitled " Appendix A, List of Effective Pages" should be used as the roadmap.
All pages not accounted for on it should be removed.
A summary of the pages to be removed from both Appendix A and its Addendum is attached to this letter.
In assembling Appendix A, it should be noted that all Figures are given implicit page numbers, while Exhibits are not given any page numbers.
Review of Appendix A has also revealed two errata.
The " List of Figures" on page (ii) contains incorrect page citations for Figures 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3.
A corrected version of this page is attached.
