Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, as Nuclear Regulatory Commission,3., and the rules of the amended, 5 U.S.C. SS 522 et se 10 C.F.R.
SS 9.3 et seq.,
we request copies of all@ocuments, materials or7ritten matter of any kind whatsoever produced, disclosed or made available by the NRC pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act request from Bill Hafner, Suffolk Nuclear Study Group to you.
Mr. Hafner's request has been designated by the NRC as FOIA-d3-386.
The request was for a list of all inaccessible systems located within the containment and considered to be ' safety related' or
'important to safety' for Shoreham Unit 1.
In response to his request, seven documents were made available to Iir. Hafner.
We will pay search and copying fees pursuant to NRC regulations.
