Corrective actions are being monitored bf Midland Project Quality Assurance to confirm that nonconforming situations involving vendor workmanship are being properly identified and dispositioned.

Site overinspections will be conducted, employing overinspection plan 01-E7-B, on a total of 66 purchase orders for which safety related equipment has been received at the jobsite.

l In addition, MPQAD will participate in final source inspection activities l

involving six purchase orders for which safety related equipment is still being shipped; inspection plans E24 and E25 will be employed.
