Attar.hed is the BVPS Unit 1, Cycle 4 Startup Test Report. The results summarized in this report were obtained from several BVTs performed as part of the startup physics testing program:

BVT 1.4 - 2.2.1, Initial Approach to Criticality After Refueling BVT 1.4 - 2.2.2, Core Design Check Test BVT 1.3 - 2.2.3, Nuclear Power Range Calibration BVT 1.1 - 1.1.1, Control Rod Drop Time Measurement BVT 1.3 - 8.3.1, Incore Moveable Detector Flux Mapping This report is in response to Technical Specification 6.9.1.3, which requires that a startup report be submitted to the NRC within 90 days following the completion of the startup test program. The due date for this reporting requirement is December 28, 1983.
