'o The Freservice Inspection Program initial plan description is as follows :
1.
Codes ASME Section XI 1980 Edition up to and including Winter 1980 Addenda, Regulatory Guides 1.26, 1.143, and 1.150.
Code of Federal Regulations 10CFR50.55a(g) 2.
The program will include, but not be limited to, subsect ions IWA, IWB,
IWC, I WD, IWF, IWP, IWV, and Mandatory Appendices.
Relief requests would be submitted to the commission once it becomes known where Section XI examinat ion requirement s cannot be met.
3.
Following the preservice examination inspections, a complete list will be availab le for all items examined and relief requests.
4.
The Inspection Program plan will include Isometric sketches identifying the welds and support s or bolted connections subject to examination in each piping system.

Pressurizer c.
Piping Class 1, 2, and 3 e.
Reactor Coolant Pumps, Residual Heat Removal Pumps, Charging Pumps,
