Revision 3 to the fort Calhoun Station (FCS) Site Security Plan and Revision 1 to the FCS Security Training and Qualification Pl an Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) is submitting as two (2) enclosures to this letter an updated Revision 3 to the FCS Site Security Plan and Revision 1 to the FCS Security Training and Qualification Plan.
Controlled copy numbers 6. 7 and 18 of these items ce being sent to the Document Control Desk.
Controlled copy numbers 19 and 20 of these items are being sent to Region IV.
Caitrolled copy number 8 of these items is being sent to the FCS Senior Resident Inspector.
Enclosurel In response to Reference 3, enclosure I contains an updated Revision 3 to the FCS Site Security Plan. A detailed listing of changes made in Revision 3-is included. As discussed with Mr. Ron Caldwell of-the NRC on June 27, 1991, paragraph 4.1.4.3 (Materials Warehouse) has been changed to permit pre-staging of incoming material to improve the effectiveness of this operation.
Additional suggestiens made by the NRC in Reference 3 are incorporated; all updated information in Revision 3 is marked with a double bar in the margin.
Revision 3 to the FCS Site Security Plan contains safeguards information and must be controlled in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
