The plans for the State of Louisiana include, as enclosures, the radiological emergency response plans for the five parishes which encompass the plume exposure pathway Emergency Planning Zone.

. Docket Nos. 50-458/50-459 Pursuant to 10CFR50.33(g), enclosed are radiological emergency response plans of the States of Louisiana and Mississippi which completely encompass the ingestion pathway Emergency Planning Zone (EPZ) for River Bend Station (RBS).
The plan for the State of Louisiana includes (as enclosures) radiological emergency response plans for the five parishes which encompass the plume exposure pathway EPZ. The RBS EPZ's are defined in the RBS Emergency Plan which was previously submitted.
