Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed are 10 copies of the Shorehaa Environmental Protection Plan (SEPP) which has been revised to address specific items identified during the NRC staff review.
The Environmental Pro-tection Plan was originally submitted to the NRC with the Shoreham Technical Specifications on February 1, 1982, SNRC-665.
The following items are included in this revision and are indicated by Amendment bars in the margin:
1.
Use of Herbicides within the transmission line corridors is specified in Section 4.2.1.
2.
Monitoring of Water Levels and Water Quality in Onsite Wells is described in Section 4.2.2.
3.
Changes and additions to the SPDES Permit which is under the jurisdiction:of the New York Department of Environ-mer.tal Ccnservation shall be reported to the NRC for information within 90 days as specified in Section 3.2.
