On March 15,1991, .a team of NRC senior managers, led by the Deputy Director, Office.of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, performed an assessment of Region IV activities. The assessment team was composed of management

-representatives from the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, Region !!-

and-Region IV ' Assessment team members visited' the Arkansas Nuclear One and South Texas: Project facilities and interviewed Region IV staff. The assessment concluded with an exit meeting cn March 15,-1991.
