On March 15,1991,.a team of NRC senior managers, led by the Deputy Director, Office.of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, performed an assessment of Region IV activities. The assessment team was composed of management
-representatives from the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, Region !!-
and-Region IV
' Assessment team members visited' the Arkansas Nuclear One and South Texas: Project facilities and interviewed Region IV staff. The assessment concluded with an exit meeting cn March 15,-1991.
