Dear Dr. Seaborg:
The Lockheed-Georgia Company la suspendina 62 operations of its Dawsonville, Georgia Puclear Labo-ratory and, under date of Augunt 14, 1970, it re-quested your Division of Reactor Licensing to au-thori::e the company to anend its racility License R-86 to own but not operate the Radiation Effects Reactor there. It is my understanding that the re-actor is actually unloaded and disassembled.
I express the hope this request can be expeditious 1v proceseed and approved. Please ad-vise me in the premiacs.
