c.4, s.7, c.26, I am hereby requesting access to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's investigation report on NRC staff activities related *o the licensing of Seabrook Station, in Seabrook, N.H.

The investigation, conducted by the NRC's Office of the Inspector General David Williams, surrounds alleged misconduct by regional NRC sta f f concer ning agency reviews of X-rays of sa fety-related welds, industry INPO reports, emergency evacuation plans, whistleblower claims (specifically those examined by Roger Fortuna) and other matters.

Specifically, I am seeking Williams' findings -- whether final or interim -- on whether the NRC and/or NRC staff licenred Seabrook on the basis of incomplete and/or false information about the above-mentioned matters.

I am also seeking any documented correspondence concerning the investigatic between Williams and other NRC of ficials, commissioners or staff, or persons outside the agency -- including U.S.

Rep. John Dingell.
