TVA letter to NRC dated June 7, 1991. "Sequoyah Nuclear Plant (SQN) - NRC Inspection Report Nos. 50-327, 328/91 Response to Notice of Violation 50-327, 328/91-02-03" I
In the referenced letter. TVA committed to revise the Surveillance Instruction (SI) 26 series procedures to incorporate corrected acceptance criteria and improvements in accordance wi.th the ongoing procedure enhancement program. The revisions will also incorporate clear, uniform lines of responsibility for reviews and signatures.
These revialons were to be completed by October 1 l'191.
!?ecause of efforts required to support procedure revisions for the Unit 1 Cycle 5 refueling cutage. the Unit 2 SI-26 procedures will not be revised by Octobet 1. 1991. The Unit 2 SI-26 procedures will be revised before their ase in the Unit 2 Cycle 5 refaeling outage.
The Unit 1 SI-2b procedure revisions will be completed by October l, 1991, as originally committed.
