$NUBBER FUNCTIONAL TEST PLANS Vogtle Electric Generating Plant Units 1 and 2 (VEGP-1 and VEGP-2, respectively) Technical Specification (TS) 4.7.8.e requires that the NRC Regional Administrator be notified in writing of the sample plan selected for snobber functional testing prior to the test period.
in accordance with that requirement, Georgia Power Company hereby submits the followir.g summary of snubber types and sample plans to be used for functional testing during the second VEGP-2 maintenance / refueling outage currently scheduled to begin in March 1992:

T. S. Sample Plan 4.7.8.e.1 Inspection Type 11:
Anchor / Darling (Models AD-40 through AD-500)
T. S. Sampic Plan 4.7.8.e.1 Inspection Type Ill:
Anchor / Darling (Mode'is AD-1600 through AD-12500)
T. S. Sample Plan 4.7.8.e.1 Inspection Type IV:
Paul-Munroe (Large Bore Hydraulics 1000K)
T. S. Sample Plan 4.7.8.e.1 By copy of this letter, the NRC Regicq II Administrator is being provided with our snubber functional test plans for the upcoming VEGP-2 maintenance / refueling outage.
