Enclosed are copics of the revised pages for the Technical Specification Bases for both Unit I and Unit 2 of Faricy Nuclear Plant. These changes were made under the authority of 10 CFR 50.59 and have been reviewed and approved by the Plant Operation Review Committee. The changes arc a result of a safety evaluation which reclassified the undervoltage and underfrequency reactor coolant pump bus trips.
