50-260 50-296 11ROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR FIANT (BFN) - FIRE PROTECTION REPORT (FPR)
This letter withdraws the BFN FPR submitted on April 4, 1988. The rep 3rt was submittad to NRC as an initial step for replacement of the BFN license condition based on " Plan for Evaluation, Repair and Return to Service of Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant 1 end 2 (llarch 22, 1975 Fire)" with an upgraded fire protection program. The FPR was issued as a single document consolidating the BFN fire protection program and fire protection related commitments.
Since the submittal of the report, 'IVA has made changes to the fire protection program. Accordingly, the information in the report is out of date and nc longer reflects the current plant configuration and fire protection implementation. Therefore, TVA is withdrawing the April 4, 1988 submittal.
TVA is presently revising the FPR.
This revised report will be available for review by January 15, 1992.
