ULNRC-701 DOCKET NUMBER 50-483 CALLAWAY PLANT, UNIT 1 STEAM GENERATOR PRESERVICE INSPECTION PROGRAM Callaway SER Confirmatory Issue 5 requires submittal of relief requests as the result of the preservice examination of the reactor coolant pressure boundary.
Please find enclosed one copy of the eddy current inspection report for the callaway steam generator tubes.
This report is in two parts.
The main report (3 volumes) describes the inspection done between June 15 and July 2, 1983 on all tubes with the exception of the inner 10 rows.
The addendum (2 volumes) describes the inspection of the inner 10 rows done between August 25 and September 3, 1983.
As a result of these inspections, no relief requests are required.
The remaining portions of the reactor coolant pressure boundary will be covered in later correspondance.
