Dear Mr. Felton:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, 5 USC S 552, as amended, and the provisions of 10 CPR Pa'rt 9, the undersigned hereby requests the following:
1.
any transcripts or minutes kept of the meetings held June 29, 1983 and July 28, 1983 between the NRC and the BWR Hydrogen Control Owners Group (HCOG) concerning hydrogen control in the Mark III containment.
2.
any notes, reports, or other such documents prepared by any NRC staff member concerning these meetings.
3.
All comments submitted on the proposed interim rule concerning combustible gas control (December 23, 1981) including but net limited to those comments submitted by HCOG.
4.
All comments submitted on NUREG/CR-2540, including but not limited to those submitted by HCOG.
5.
Any studies conducted by HCOG cn accident scenarios related to hydrogen generation.
6.
A list of all correspondence between NFC and HCOG concerning hydrogen control in Mark III plants, from January 1981 to present.
7.
A list of all correspondence between NRC and Mississippi Power and Light concerning hydrogen control for Grand Gulf.
I request that 75% of the fees for the search and production of these documents be waived, as these all relate to Issue #8, on hydrogen control, admitted into the' Perry OL proceeding.
I agree to accept the remaining costs.
