Enclosed is the 1994 Annual Radiological Environmental Operating Report which is being submitted pursuant to Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS)
Technical Specification 6.9.1.6.
This report covers the operation of WCGS for the period of January 1, 1994 through December 31, 1994.
During a 1994 Quality Assurance audit on the Radiological Fnvirontaental Monitoring Program errors were discovered in the ectivity units used in the 1993 repore.
The audit findings lead to a more detailed review of previous Annual Radiological Environmental Operating Reports.
This review discovered other errors which were subsequently corrected.
In order to correct these errors, revised pages for the 1990,
- 1991, 1992, and 1993 reports are enclosed.
