Technical Specification Amendment Request Regarding Fort St. Vrain use Of H-451 Graphite
Dear-Mr. Collins:
This letter is to propose a revision to the Fort St. Vrain Technical Specification, DF 6.1 regarding the use of H-451 Graphite in Fort St.
Vrain Fuel Elements.
The following attachments are provided for your i_nformation/ review:

GA Technologies topical report GLP-5588, Safety Analysis Report: Use of H-451 Graphite in Fort S t '. Vrain Fuel Elements.

GA Technologies report GA-C17128,' Safety Analysis Report For Fuel Reload 3 (Segment 9 -_ Cycle 4).

Amendment - 1 to GLP-5588, additional information regarding use of H-451 Graphite in. Fort St. ;Vrain.
The revision proposed in this submittal lis proviaed in Attachment 4, and the evaluation _of the significant hazards considerations involved is provided in Attachment 5.
