Gentlemen:
By letter dated August 30,1993 (Reference 1), the Nebraska Public Power District (District) provided three pages of additional information regarding the type, heat, and flux lot number data for certain Reactor Pressure Vessel Axial bolds for Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS).
Com'oustion Engineering requested that this information be treated as proprietary and therefore, by letter dated September 16, 1993 (Reference 2), the District requested that it be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790.
Your letter of March 20, 1995 (Reference 3), denied that request.
