Dear Dr. Murley:
The 1991 Ent rgency Plan Exercise was held at the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant on August 27, 1991. Advance submissions of the exercise scopt and objectives, and the exercise scenario package, we re nada to the NRC Region 111 Emergency Preparedness Section on May 21, 1991 and June 27, 1991 respectively, in accordance with guidance provided by letter from Mr. A. B.
Davis, NRC Regien 111 to Mr. John E. Dolan, AEPSC, dated March 16,
- 1957, the exercise information noted above was not trunt.tt t t ted to the NRC Docuitent Control Desk.
The exercise infetnation was trant.nitted to the NRC Resident Inspector per the request of Ms. Hec, thor J. Simons, NRC Region 111.
The exercise has now been cotrpleted and in accordance with 10 erK $0.4, enclosed cre the exercise scope and objectives, and the detailed scenario docu:tentation. Hinor revisions were made to the scenario prior to the exercise and were provided to the Region 111 inspection team prior to the - exercise.
