Omaha Public Power District (CPPD) is enclosing a revision to the June 1991 MOR Operations Summary.
This revision is necessary because of a format error which listed the general summary under Section A, " Safety Valves or PORV Challenges or Failures Which Occurred." The enclosed page has been corrected; however, the content of the general summary is unchanged.
