This letter is wntten in response to Reference b), which indicates that certain of our activities were not conducted in full compliance. with NRC requirements.
As instructed by the Notice enclosed with Reference b) an electronic transfer was completed 9/12/91.
In accordance with the guidelines es~,Milshed in Reference b), we are providing nur' responce to the noted violatums as attachments to 'this letter.
Attachment A describes the assessment processes we used to evaluate this incident and our short and long term corrective actions to 3revent recurrence.
