Re attachment 1 in July 3, 1980 letter from P.E.'s John S. Kem-per to Mr. Boyce Grier,re USNRC IE Region 1 letter dated June 4, 1980 re 50-352-353-80-02 involving obsolete drawings (C-1182 Revision 5 and C-ll83 Revision 10) how much work was done using those obsolete drawings?

Show all inspection reports of work performed using those obsolete drawings, with sworn statement that all inspections were made and status of deficiencies found.

Re IE Notice 82-34 re " welds in Main Control Panels", has the Applicant received a report on E2-34 ? If so please provide copy.

I have a Bachelor and Master's degree from Penn State Univer-sity in Chemistry and related subjects including college level physics courses. I have been chemist for the U.S. Government with papers published on the effect of weather (temperature and moisture) on military gear in the South Pacific.

I have been Director of Ambler Laboratories for over 25 years doing science analyses in chemistry and development of tests invol-l 1

ving atmosphere pressure, elevation above sea level, as it relates to sample volumes in precise work.

I have been doing studies concerned with acid rain, in partic-ular to check for effects of atmoshperic contaminants as may be carried by air currents from distant sources. This work involved modification of sampling using an airplane.

Fun'damentally for Contention V-4 I have adequate knowledge and understanding of the principles involved.
