Pursuant to my statement at the December 1 prehearing conference, I enclose a complete, current set of effective pages through Revision 2 of the LILCO Emergency Plan, along with the corresponding page in the Table of Contents. This list is divided into three parts: the Plan proper , Appendix A, and Implementing Procedures. Another set, with prepunched holes for filing, is being circulated by Long Island Lighting Company to all holders of the Emergency Plan. As I noted at the prehdaring conference, several of the entries on this list of effective pages have been corrected since Revision 2 was initially published. Therefore I enclose also a set of hand-marked pages showing each correction. I believe that each of these corrections conformed to common-sense entry of actual 8312130'.36 831208 PDR ADOCK 05000322 C PDR gA3
Huxrox & WILLIAxs pages into the Emergency Plan. However , if upon comparison of the Emergency Plan and this corrected list of effective pages any member of this Board or other addressee of this letter is unable to find any page from the correct Revision, I repeat my invitation at the prehearing conference to inform me and the correct page or pages will promptly be issued.
Sincerely yours, W
