NUCLEAR REGULATORY OO5n11SSION SAPL wishes to correct and amend its Petition for Review filed bef ore the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission on December 1, 1983.
SAPL. alleged at several points in its Petition that both the Applicants' and Staf f's responses to its Motion f or Disqualification of Judge Hoyt were filed in an unt imely manner.
SAPL has since determined that its calculations with respect to the time allowed for responses were in error.
Both objecting parties did, in fact, file their responses on the last day allowed. SAPL sincerely regrets its error in this regard, and apologizes to the objecting parties and this Commission f or any inconvenience resulting f rom its mistake.
This correction does not significantly af f ect the substance of SAPL's Petition for Review.

o consideration of our reply by the Appeal Board, the primary factor is the fact that SAPL never received Judge's Hoyt's original Order denying its Motion.
For this reason we believe the correction is of little import with respect to the substance of the Petition.
Notwithstanding this unfortunate J stake, SAPL says that its Petition for Review was and is filed in good faith.
