Pursuant to the Treedom of Information Act, 5 USC 59 (subpart A), Three Mile Island Alert, Inc. hereby requests copies of the following:

-- Any and all letters or other documents, including internal memoranda between NRC staff or for NRC Commissioners, regarding TMI-l's training and/or testing program or cheating incidents at TMI-1, dated September, 1981, or October, 1981.
Documents provided to the parties in discovery during the reopened TMI-l restart hearings examining cheating incidents, Docket No. 50-289, are not being requested.
