Enclosed is the Limerick Generating Station (LGS), Unit 2 Inservice inspection Summary Report (Report No.1) for the period January 8,1990 through June 5,1991.
This report provides a summary of inservice inspection examinations and tests performed on Class 1,2, and 3 pressure retaining components and their supports as required by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), Boller and Pressure Vessel Code, Section IWA-6220 and Section 3.8 of the LGS Unit 2 ISI program for the reporting period This report is being submitted in accordance with the requirements of the ASME Boller and Pressure Vessel Code Section IWAW;0 and Section 3 8 of the LGS Unit 2 ISI program, if you have any questions or require addillonal information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
