Joseph H. Farley Nuclear Plant Special Report No.91-005 -
Fire Dampers Inoperable Due To Failure To Close With Maximum Air Flow During the performance of fire damper testing, the four fire dampers listed below did not meet the acceptance criterion of closing with maximum air flow and were declared inoperable.
Each damper was declared inoperable on
- the date it was tested.
Design change requests have been submitted to modify these dampers to ensure proper operation under all system conditions.

Technical Specification 3.7.12 requires these dampers be returned to operable status within seven days or a Special Report must be submitted within the following 30 days.
Therefore, this Special Report is being submitted. All Technical Specification action statement requirements for
