Dear Mr. Magni,
The Perry Plant han scheduled Wednesday, September 11, 1991 as the tenative date for using Calgon Corporation's H-130 for zebra mussel control. Item 2 of the Director's Orders regarding the usage of H-130 at Perry states the requirement for detailed spill prevention information.
In compliance with this order, enclosed is the Perry Plant's " Zebra Mussel Treatment" instruction which contains the required spill prevention plan information.
