Dear Mr. Keppler:
Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p), Iowa Electric has made changes to the Duane Arnold Energy Center's Security Plan.
These changes have been reviewed in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and it is our determination that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the security plan.
This transmittal includes the original transmittal letter with enclosures and five copies of the transmittal letter with enclosures.
The attachment to this letter contains information of the type described in 10 CFR 73.21; therefore, it should be withheld from public disclosure.
