New ilampshire Yankee (NilY), a divir, ion of Public Service Company of New ilampshire (PSNli), requests that the Nuclear Regulati.,1y Commission administer written examinations and operating tests to five Reactor Operator (RO) candidates and scven Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license candidates. The examinations are scheduled for the week of September 30,1991 [ Reference (b)]. All twelve candidates have successfully completed New llampshire Yankee's INPO accredited licensco operator pre, gram. The NRC Form 398 (10 90), " Personal Qualification Statement. Licensee" is provie,ed, in triplicate for each of the license candidates, in the Enclosure.

hit. Joseph D' Antonio, Chief Examiner, has previously reviewed drafts of the enclosed NRC 398 forms. Each of the twelve license candidates meets the experience requirements of NUREG 1021, ES-203, for the license level sought.
