In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(1), enclosed is one (1) original and ten (10) conformed copies of TSCR No. 211.
The purpose of this TSCR is to request deletion of the note in Technical Specification Section 3.24 which providos operability requirements for the RCITS system only to the end of Cycle 8. The note requires that an amendment be. proposed by GPUN that is consistent with the Standard Technical Specification resulting from the NRC - initiated Technical Specification Improvement Program.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.91(a)(1), enclosed is the supporting analysis which applied the standards in 10 CFR 50.92 for determination of significant hazards consideration. By copy of this letter, the proposed change and supporting analysis, which indicates no significant hazards considerations, have been ,
