Enclosed is the 1983 Reactor Containment Building Integrated Leak Rate Test report, submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50 Appendix J.
This report provides a technical summary of the BVPS-1 Type B and C tests completed during the months of August and September of the 1983 refueling outage.
The test results justify our conclusion that since the combined leakage rate of all penetrations and valves subject to type B and C testing is below the Technical Specification limit of 0.6 La, that containment penetration leakage is acceptable.
