In aerderice with Section 6.7.A.4 of the Vermont Yankee Technical Specifications, please -
l find enclosed the Core Operating limits Report (COLR) for Vermont Yankee Cycle 18, Revision 0, dated April 1995. This report presents the cycle-specific operating limits for the operation of Cycle 18 of the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station.
Also enclosed for your convenience is a copy of the Core Performance Analysis Report (CPAR) for Vermont Yankee Cycle 18, YAEC Report #1908, dated January 1995. This report presents design information, safety analyses, and calculational results, which provides the bases for the cycle-specific operating limits in the COLR pertinent to the operation of Cycle 18 of the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station.
